Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the designated return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original BUYDEEM packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and ship it back using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
